Born in Budapest, on 8(th) October, 1960. Married, father of one child. Graduates
the Kölcsey Ferenc High-School in 1979. Learns on the Faculty of State and Law
at ELTE University between 1980 and 1985. At the same time assumes sociology at
Faculty of Arts. After taking his diploma in law and sociology he specializes
himself on law-sociology. Being formerly sponsored student at Law Sociology Chair,
teaches here ever since then.
Joins FIDESZ in 1989. Member of Capital’s General Assembly between 1990-1994.
Chairman of the Committee of Human Rights and Minority. Gets into Parliament from
the national list of FIDESZ in 1993. Deputy mayor of the Local Government of I
District between 1994 and 1998. Elected as Member of Parliament representing the
I electoral district in 1998. Wins again the parliamentary elections as candidate
for Civil Collaboration in 2002. Mayor of Budavár Local Government since 1998,
as being re-elected in 2002 and 2006.
